Fenixperience Ventures – FZCO (“Fenixperience”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Retail Strategy & Management Consultancy, registered and based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Statement explains what information we gather about you, what we use that information for, and who we give that information to. It also sets out your rights in relation to your information and who you can contact for more information or queries.

This Privacy Statement applies to our website, our digital products and services (including downloadable frameworks, research publications, and consulting programmes), and any communications initiated through our website or other channels, including LinkedIn.

By using our website, downloading our materials, or engaging our services, and by providing any personal information, you acknowledge you have read this Privacy Statement and, to the extent your consent is necessary and valid under applicable law, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of such personal information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Data Collection

When you interact with Fenixperience — whether through our website, LinkedIn, email, or any other channel — we may collect personal information about you. This includes:

  • Name, job title, and company name
  • Email address and telephone number
  • Professional information relevant to a consulting engagement
  • Payment and billing information when purchasing digital products or services
  • Information you provide when downloading publications, frameworks, or research materials
  • Information submitted when registering for workshops, programmes, or events
  • Communications you send to us directly, including via email

Through the use of certain technology, we may also obtain non-identifiable technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type and language, and access time. We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools on our website. Should this change, this Privacy Statement will be updated accordingly.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. We ask that you do not provide sensitive information of this nature unless specifically required in connection with a service. If you choose to provide sensitive information, the act of doing so constitutes your explicit consent for us to collect and use that information as described in this Privacy Statement. It is our policy to limit the information collected to the minimum required to fulfil your request or deliver our services.

When you provide personal information to us, we will use it for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement or as stated at the point of collection, including:

As a consultancy working with clients and partners across different regions, your personal information may be transferred to and stored in countries other than where you are located. This includes countries that may not have laws providing the same level of data protection as your home country.

Where we transfer personal information internationally, we do so only:

  • To recipients located in countries which provide an adequate level of protection for personal information, and/or
  • Under agreements which satisfy applicable legal requirements for international data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, where relevant

We may share personal information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business and delivering our services. These may include:

  • Freelancers, subcontractors, and professional partners who work with us under confidentiality and data protection obligations to support the delivery of consulting services and analysis
  • Payment processors and financial service providers (such as Stripe) for the secure processing of transactions
  • IT service providers, including website hosting, cloud storage, and email management services
  • AI-assisted analytical tools used to support research and consulting outputs

All third-party providers are required to maintain appropriate levels of security and confidentiality, to process personal information only as instructed by Fenixperience, and to comply with applicable data protection laws. We do not permit third parties to use your data for their own purposes.

  • When required to deliver publications, frameworks, or reference materials as requested by you
  • When required to facilitate workshops, events, or programmes hosted in partnership with third parties

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites or platforms, including LinkedIn. These sites are not controlled by Fenixperience and do not operate under this Privacy Statement. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites and encourage you to review their privacy statements before providing any personal information.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

  • Contact and enquiry information is retained until the matter is resolved or, where no engagement follows, for a period of up to 12 months
  • Client project data and correspondence is retained for up to 7 years following the conclusion of an engagement, in line with legal and contractual obligations
  • Payment and financial records are retained for 7 years in compliance with UAE and applicable international requirements
  • Marketing consent records are retained until consent is withdrawn, plus a reasonable period thereafter to honour the withdrawal

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy.office@fenixperience.com. Where there is no legal or regulatory obligation requiring us to retain the information, we will delete it promptly upon request.

Marketing

Where we are legally required to obtain your explicit consent to send you marketing communications, we will only do so if you have provided that consent. You may receive communications from us relating to our services, insights, publications, and events if you have subscribed, made an enquiry, or engaged our services, and where permitted by applicable law.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at privacy.office@fenixperience.com or by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in our communications.

Rights in Relation to Your Information

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you:

Fenixperience has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorised access. Access to personal information is restricted to authorised individuals who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Although we apply appropriate security measures, the transmission of data over the internet is never completely secure. We endeavour to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or by us.

Children

Our website and services are directed exclusively at business professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a minor, please contact us at privacy.office@fenixperience.com and we will delete it promptly.
